About Us
Captain Nolan Wilson is a passionate and skilled fisherman. His fishing career began off the coast of North Carolina at a young age. While earning an Environmental Science degree at UNC Wilmington, his knowledge and skills developed as a first mate in Carolina Beach, NC which led him to obtain a USCG captain's license. With growing years of captain experience, alongside a genuine love for backcountry fishing, his happy place and career have come together here in the Florida Keys.
He has previously captained a backcountry charter boat for a local charter fishing business, alongside captaining offshore private fishing boats in Ocean Reef Club located in northern Key Largo, Florida.
About The Boat
The 2022 Xplor x24 Andros is a state-of-the-art custom bay boat that is the perfect blend of shallow and open water capabilities. The boat is equipped with the most up-to-date Simrad electronics and a Clarion sound system. The boat is powered by a Mercury 300 V8 outboard and is fast enough to maximize fishing time while providing a comfortable ride across large bays and open water.
The layout is safe, comfortable, and spacious which accommodates up to four anglers along with the captain while leaving plenty of room for gear and bait. The half tower/hardtop gives you a break from the sun and provides some much-needed shade.
The versatile hull design allows for fishing anywhere in the Florida Keys from 1-1000 feet deep. The boat is located in Snake Creek in the heart of Islamorada, Florida.
